Yoga sequence to improve digestion
Practicing a few simple yoga postures daily can be a very good way to improve digestion, and general well-being. Even just 5 minutes a day can help.
In this video, I demonstrate a simple yoga posture called 'Apanasana'. It is very
useful to improve bowel movement and the elimination of waste from the
body.
The
best time to practice this exercise is in the morning, before
breakfast. It only takes a few minutes, and you can even do it in your
bed before getting up in the morning. It can also be practiced at any
time of day, preferably on an empty stomach.
For maximum benefit, try to do it every day.
