Delicious recipes to get you started

Here are a few delicious recipes to get you started. The coconut curry is not as quick and easy to prepare as most of my recipes, but it's worth the extra effort. And if you make extra, you have an amazing left-over for those days when you just don't feel like cooking... instead of ordering take-away, you can reach for a frozen curry instead ;-)

If you don't cook a lot, it can be overwhelming at first. But like anything, once you get some practice, it gets easier and very enjoyable. I actually find cooking very relaxing!

Tips to make your cooking experience less stressful and more enjoyable:

1- Put some music on.

2- Listen to a podcast.

3- Get your kids involved (they love chopping veggies, tearing up leaves, etc).

4- Batch cook on weekends when you have more time. Prepare a few meals ahead so that you always have something ready, just in case!
