What Diet is Best to Reduce Digestive Symptoms.

Now I want to talk about a diet that is highly effective at reducing bloating, improving bowel movement, and help you feel a whole lot better.

You might have noticed that you feel bad even when eating healthy. I know this can be pretty frustrating... all your efforts to eat a good diet, and yet you still feel like something is not quite right in your belly. In fact, common healthy foods like onions, garlic, apples, cauliflower and sweet potatoes might be a big trigger for your symptoms.

The reason is that those foods are high in FODMAPs.

From my experience working with hundreds of clients, I know that most people with digestive symptoms will improve on the low FODMAPs diet.

It's not a magic cure, but it is a quick way to feel better, until you work on finding the root cause of your gut issues.

***I don't want to overwhelm you right now by telling you about all of the different food categories that can be problematic, but I think it's important for you to know that if you don't feel 100% better on a low FODMAPs diet, it's not your last hope of ever feeling better. You might be reacting to a food chemical, like histamine, or you might have food sensitivities (more on that in the next lesson.). That's when it pays to work with an expert who will be able to quickly identify, from your history and symptoms, what you might be reacting to.

Are you keen to try a low FODMAPs diet, but can't figure out what to eat or how to do it? I've been there, I know exactly how you feel! In fact, my first attempt at the low FODMAPs diet was a complete failure...My body felt so much better within only a few days, but I ended super stressed out because I didn't know what to eat, let alone how to fit it in my family life.

That's why I've created The Happy Gut Kitchen 4-Week Meal Plan, which is specifically designed to help reduce your digestive symptoms and help you feel more energised. With this meal plan, you will see that feeling good does NOT mean depriving yourself.
