Introduction to Phase 2


You've done the prep work in 'Set The Stage'. Now your body is ready for some cleaning... get ready for some serious action!

The goal of phase 2 is to get in there and scrub all the nooks and crannies of your gut, and your whole body.

In doing so, you'll greatly improve your gut health and restore a healthy microbiome, which is essential for your overall well-being, both physically and emotionally.

But we don't stop with the gut... we also go after possible infections in your sinuses, and pretty much anywhere else in your body.

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS STEP?

Before starting this phase, you should already feel better from following the recommended diet and other suggestions in Phase 1 'Set The Stage'.

If you still feel very tired, you might need to stay in Phase 1 for a bit longer. You might want to revisit the 'Improve Your Energy' section and also follow some of the recommendations in 'Sorting Out The Basics' .

UNDERSTANDING ROOT CAUSES

In this phase, we'll look at understanding possible root causes of your gut issues.

There are a number of imbalances that can happen in the gut, such as dysbiosis, SIBO, fungal overgrowth, parasites, etc. You will learn about all of these in more detail in 'What You Need to Know'.

However, we want you to understand that, in our experience with gut health issues, we know that most people have more than one thing going on. That's why in 'The Big Clean Up', we go after everything!
