The Circle of Life Exercise

This exercise will help you identify which areas you need to work on to achieve a fulfilling and satisfying life.

What does your life look like?

  • Place a dot on the line in each category to indicate your level of satisfaction within each area. A dot in the centre of the circle means you are very dissastified, a dot near the periphery means you are very satisfied.
  • Connect the dots
  • Identify where do you need to spend more time to create balance.
