Die-Off Rescue Kit

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

We recommend you stock up on these items at the beginning of the program to make up your 'Die-Off Rescue Kit'.

Electrolytes: We love Seeking Health's optimal electrolytes. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a big different in how you feel, quickly.

Australia: Available on Iherb or Amazon

Other countries: Buy here

Binders: Binding the toxins can greatly reduce your discomfort. It's worth having a selection of different binders to choose from.

Learn more about binders here.

Epsom Salts: The combination of magnesium and sulfate can do wonders during a detox reaction.

Enema Kit + Coffee: Find more info about this here.

Something to Flush Your Colon Quickly: This ensures that the toxins are getting out as quickly as possible and not getting stuck in your colon, making you feel ill. Some people experience a worsening of their constipation when going through detox, so it's good to be prepared!

A water enema, is a great option.

We also recommend Oxy-Powder : Buy here USA | Available in Amazon in Australia

For more options, see Constipation Rescue Kit.

DIE-OFF RECOVERY

If you experience any die-off/detox reactions during the program, such as flu like symptoms, fatigue, cravings, anxiety and irritability (read more about detox reactions here) try any or all of the above to reduce your symptoms.

Doing a few days on the reset diet can also be helpful.

If you're having a really strong die-off reaction, we recommend the following:

  1. Take some electrolytes.
  2. Take some binders 30 minutes before the coffee enema.
  3. Do a coffee enema (2 in a row as per the instructions here).
  4. Take more binders immediately after the coffee enema.
  5. In the afternoon or after a few hours, do a water enema to flush out any remaining toxins from your colon.
  6. Have an epsom salt bath (or you can do this after the coffee enema).
  7. Do some gentle movement.
  8. Rest!

This will mop up a lot of toxins and you will feel a lot better the next day (or immediately).
