What On Earth Do I Eat?

Here we explain how to progress through the diets throughout the different phases of the program.

Phase 1: during Phase 1 - Set The Stage - we recommend that you start with the Reset diet and then transition to the Supersafe diet. Depending on how long you stay on Phase 1, some of you will also progress to the Safe diet.

Phase 2: as you get started with Phase 2 - The Big Clean Up - most of you will be on the Safe diet. Many of you will also progress through the Adventurous diet. Some may even get started on the Daredevil diet.

Phase 3: during phase 3- Go Deeper - some of you may still be on the Safe diet and that's okay. Others will be finishing off the testing in the Adventurous diet. However, many of you will be well on your way to enjoying your new daredevil lifestyle.

Remember that everyone will be going through the different diets at their own pace thought the various phases of the program. It's important to listen to your own body.

WHAT IF THESE DIETS ARE NOT HELPING ME?

If, despite following the diet recommendations in this program, you aren't noticing much improvement in how you feel after a few weeks, consider the following:

1- SUPPLEMENTS TO AID DIGESTION

If at any point you feel like your digestion or other health issues haven't improved much despite your best efforts, you might need to look at adding in some supplements to aid digestion, such as digestive enzymes and betaine HCL.
