What If You're Not Improving
It's important to remember that not all of your symptoms will improve during Phase 1. While some of your symptoms will improve, you will also have some lingering symptoms which will begin to resolve during Phase 2. As we frequently mention - this is a longterm, sustainable journey - not a quick fix that would result in you feeling terrible again in 4-6 weeks time!
Review the above section, 'What To Remember About Phase 1'. Have you taken action regarding all of these things, or have you been tempted to skip a few? Take the time now to consider what you may have missed and plan out how you will take action to try some of these things before moving onto Phase 2.
One of the most popular thing to skip is the Water Enema. Some people think it will be too time consuming, too difficult, too embarrassing, too uncomfortable etc, etc... but once you get used to it... it can be a quick, simple, nourishing and empowering way to supercharge your healing. A Water Enema can relieve a lot of symptoms almost instantly - which is why so many people love them. If you haven't tried a Water Enema yet, now is the time to give it go. You can check out the Water Enema Section here.
Food Chemical Sensitivities are very common and could be causing some or many of your symptoms. Make sure you follow the recommendations in the 'Finding Your Ideal Diet' section to find out if you might have food chemical sensitivities.
Additionally, if you're still feeling confused and/or overwhelmed, reaching out for a 1:1 consultation can be super helpful. Sometimes a few simple tweaks can get you back on track. You can get extra support here. We'd love to support you more.
And remember:
- Healing takes time
- Healing doesn't go in a straight line
- Healing can be messy... and
- It’s often the seemingly simple little things you do everyday that make the biggest difference. This is called the compounding effect.
But... you can also make healing fun. That's what our group coaching calls are for. They are a place for you to connect with others experiencing the same frustrations you are... and we always find a way to have a laugh... no matter how much frustration or despair you may be feeling. :-D
